We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
before a refund, all returned gemstones will be tested again, which means refunds may take 1 to 2 days after receiving them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Exceptions are made for event jewelry and customized jewelry, please contact us for returns on jewelry in this category.
Customized jewelry is not refundable, but we will make sure it is exactly what you want before shipping them.
Exchanges
We have a 10-day exchange policy, but the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items and, there might be extra $10 or 10% deduction in return if the return arrives damaged. Please ensure to ship back the jewelry in a safe protective box. If approved a return label will be issued. And you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method when the return is received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
